“I built it because I needed it. The value of a home here changes a lot with how good its ski access really is, and there was no way to measure it. So I built one, using my background with Google Maps and data feeds. How it works is right there on the page, so you can study it yourself and send me feedback as we keep fine-tuning the numbers.”
