Since October 2023, 23 Grizzly Ridge Estates homes have been listed. Nineteen sold, one is for sale now, and four came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $381 and $527 per square foot. Four of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $527, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Grizzly Ridge Estates is at Grizzly Ridge Trail: three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 2009 to 2025. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $70 to $370 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
