The price ceiling
Since October 2023, five The Legends homes have been listed. Three sold, two are for sale now, and zero came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $448 and $734 per square foot. None of the listings that didn’t sell was priced above that, so here price wasn’t the only reason a listing sat.

About the building
The Legends is at 165 Kettle View Road: one to three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 1998 to 2001. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $380 to $1,690 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
