The price ceiling
Since October 2023, fourteen Raven homes have been listed. Seven sold, three are for sale now, and four came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $382 and $512 per square foot. Six of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $512, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
Raven is at 5030 Snowbird Way: two- and three-bedroom-plus condos, built 2004 to 2008. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $470 to $1,740 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
