Every sale landed between $371 and $673 per square foot. Three of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $673, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Snow Ghost Inn is at 20 Kettle View Road: one- and two-bedroom condos, built 1980 to 1981. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $380 to $710 a month depending on size.
