Since October 2023, four South Point homes have been listed. Four sold, zero are for sale now, and zero came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $492 and $603 per square foot. Three of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $603, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
South Point is at 5095 Snowbird Way: two- and three-bedroom-plus condos and townhomes, built 2004 to 2006. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $500 to $900 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
