About the building
The Forest is at Forest Lane: three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 2003 to 2007. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $370 to $580 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
