Since October 2023, five Towering Pines homes have been listed. Two sold, two are for sale now, and one came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $437 and $438 per square foot. Ten of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $438, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
Towering Pines is at 255 Raven Ridge Road: two- and three-bedroom-plus condos and townhomes, built 2003 to 2005. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $860 to $1,420 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
