The price ceiling
Since October 2023, eleven Treetops homes have been listed. Eight sold, two are for sale now, and one came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $324 and $518 per square foot. None of the listings that didn’t sell was priced above that, so here price wasn’t the only reason a listing sat.

About the building
Treetops is at 7640 Porcupine Road: two- and three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 1999 to 2001. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $370 to $680 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
