Every sale landed between $588 and $733 per square foot. Seven of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $733, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Whitefoot Lodge is at 5375 Big White Road: studio and one-bedroom condos, built 1979 to 1981. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $160 to $330 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
