Whitetail Townhomes is at 5015 Snowbird Way: two- and three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 2003 to 2004. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $320 to $420 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
